ContractorScout
Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to ContractorScout, a service operated by TS Enterprise Group LLC.
Effective September 12, 2026
Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using our website, forms, and related services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use ContractorScout.
Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to submit information or request services. You agree to use ContractorScout only for lawful purposes and to provide complete, current, and accurate information.
Service Requests and Information Sharing
By submitting a project request, you authorize ContractorScout to share your information with independent contractors, home-service providers, and marketing partners that may be able to provide estimates, consultations, or related services. Potential recipients are identified on our Marketing Partners page.
Submitting a request does not require you to purchase any product or service.
Consent to Communications
By providing your contact information and submitting a request, you expressly consent to receive calls, text messages, emails, prerecorded messages, and communications made using an automatic telephone dialing system from TS Enterprise Group LLC, ContractorScout, and applicable contractors or marketing partners, even if your number appears on a federal, state, or corporate do-not-call list. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages and HELP for help. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link provided in the email. Opting out does not prevent communications necessary to fulfill an existing request or transaction where permitted by law.
ContractorScout Is a Matching Service
ContractorScout is not a contractor, builder, installer, lender, insurer, or home-improvement provider. We introduce homeowners to independent third parties and do not perform, supervise, or control their work.
We do not guarantee provider availability, qualifications, licensing, insurance, pricing, timelines, workmanship, products, warranties, or results. You are responsible for evaluating any provider and for the terms of any agreement you enter with that provider.
Third-Party Providers and Websites
Contractors and marketing partners are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. Your communications, purchases, agreements, and disputes with them are solely between you and the relevant third party. Links to outside websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content, security, availability, or practices.
Intellectual Property
ContractorScout’s website content, branding, graphics, layout, software, and other materials are owned by TS Enterprise Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, or exploit these materials without prior written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ContractorScout is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, free of harmful code, or that information available through it will always be accurate or complete.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TS Enterprise Group LLC and its officers, employees, affiliates, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of ContractorScout or dealings with third parties. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us to use the service, if any.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TS Enterprise Group LLC and its officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of ContractorScout, your dealings with a third-party provider, or your violation of these Terms.
Changes and Termination
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version and changing the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time where permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
